The story goes back to 1959 in Chania, when the Lougiakis brothers, Yannis, Petros, and Vangelis, started working very young in the meat processing industry.
In 1970, the Lougiakis brothers founded Lougiakis S.A., consisting of an industrial unit in Chania, Crete, and distribution points in Crete and Greece, which manufactured and sold cold cuts and cheese products. Since 1970, it has been manufacturing cold cuts and food products based on high nutritional value, which are loved.
The second generation of the family is now at the helm of the company, with Petros Lougiakis as general manager, who has taken over and continuously developed the company concerning quality.
The company is at the top of its sector due to the superior quality and taste of its cold cuts and the wide selection of codes and authenticity, both supported by its upward trajectory and the confidence of its partners.
The company then expanded to marketing general foodstuffs, serving daily with a privately owned network of trucks at points. HO.RE.CA. and Retail.
